Car lockout service, 7 am to midnight
Locked Out of Your Car in Orlando? We Open It Without Damage
A We Do Locksmith technician comes to your car anywhere in Orlando and opens the door without damage, usually in about twenty minutes. Keys on the seat at the Mall at Millenia, a fob in the trunk at a Lake Nona gym, a rental locked in a Disney garage: the dispatcher quotes one flat price on the phone, and that is what you pay. Dispatch runs 7 am to midnight.

How we open a locked car without damage
The van carries the same tools on every call: air wedges that make a small gap without bending the frame, long-reach tools that press the unlock button or lift the handle, and lishi picks that read the door cylinder on cars that still have one. Nobody bends a coat hanger down your window channel. That trick tears weather stripping and can snag the side airbag wiring inside the door, and it is the reason some people end up paying a body shop after a cheap unlock.
Some newer cars deadlock: once locked from outside, the inside handle does nothing, so the reach-in method fails. Those are opened through the door cylinder instead. Because you told the dispatcher the make, model and year, the technician arrives knowing which method your car needs and is usually done within a few minutes of reaching the car.
Keys locked in the trunk
On most cars the trunk problem is really a door problem: once the door is open, the release inside does the rest. A few models keep the trunk locked when the car was locked from outside, and the rear seats may not fold through. We handle those by working the trunk lock directly or by cutting a key from the door cylinder. Mention it is a trunk job when you call so the right tools are on the van.
Rental cars and theme park garages
Orlando runs on rental cars, and many of our lockouts are a renter standing beside a car that is not theirs on paper. We open a rental for the renter who shows ID and the rental agreement, whether the car is at the airport rental car center, a hotel valet level, or a garage at Disney, Universal or SeaWorld. You do not need the rental company on the phone for an unlock. A new key for a rental is different, and needs their authorization.
Theme park and hotel garages are places technicians like Henry and Berk work every week, and the fastest way to help is to tell the dispatcher which garage, which level, and the nearest section sign or elevator bank. If your phone is inside the car, borrow one at guest services or the valet stand; we will still find you.
- Have the registration or insurance card ready, or the rental agreement for a rental
- Tell us if the engine is running or a child or pet is inside; call 911 first for a child or pet
- Give the garage name and level so the van parks close instead of circling

Customers on our car lockout work
“Hussein is the best. Locked the key of a McLaren 720 in the frunk; he managed to open the door and then pop the frunk a little with some tools and grab the key. Saved absolutely everything, and it only took him 20 minutes to arrive on the scene.”
“Shimi, was great! He arrived very fast and he did a great job. It only took three seconds.”
“noam was my car key specialist and he was so helpful I called in 20 minutes because I left my keys in my car and they already had someone coming in 10, it was such quick service, would recommend”

Questions we hear every day
How long does a car lockout take in Orlando?
The drive is the long part. Inside Orlando the van usually arrives in about twenty minutes, longer for Kissimmee, Sanford or Clermont, and I-4 at rush hour or during an afternoon storm gets an honest estimate. Once the technician is at the car, most doors open in a few minutes.
Can you unlock a push-to-start car?
Yes. Push-to-start cars keep a mechanical lock in the driver's door, often under a small cap on the handle, and the technician opens it without damage. If the smart key is inside, the car finds it as soon as the door is open and you can drive away.
Do you unlock car doors without the key?
Yes. That is what people mean when they say they need someone to pop a lock, and it is exactly this service. A technician comes to your car, opens it with professional tools, leaves no marks, and charges the flat price you were quoted before the van left.
Will you open a rental car or a car that is not in my name?
We open cars for the owner, an authorized driver, or the renter. The technician checks a photo ID and the registration or insurance card, or the rental agreement with your name on it. For a company car, a note from the fleet manager works.
