If someone is locked inside a vehicle, call 911 first. Then call us. We will still come, but a child or pet in a hot Jacksonville car is a rescue before it is a locksmith job.

How the emergency call works

You talk to a dispatcher who works for We Do Locksmith, not a national call center that sells your job to whoever bids lowest. You tell us where you are, what is locked, and for a car the make, model and year. You get a free estimate for that job, with no obligation. If you agree, the nearest technician is dispatched and you receive a name and an arrival window.

On arrival the tech shows ID and goes over the price with you before touching anything, so nothing begins without your go-ahead. If the job turns out to be different, for example a lockout that turns out to be a broken lock, you hear that before any work starts.
